Team Registration and Donations to the Event can be done online by CLICKING HERE.
Donations can also be made online at the same link. Cash and cheque donations will be collected the day of the event at registration. Each individual player must submit their own pledge sheet.
Once you have registered a team, please email Jason at jbrown@ckvictimservices.com with your team name and preference for 5-pin or 10-pin bowling. Lanes are first-come, first-reserved, and as such you are not guaranteed to receive your choice of 5-pin or 10-pin.
